Description
A memorandum from Manfred Grisebach, Department of Computing Services, addressed to "Potential Project Planners" regarding software implementation. Memorandum details agreement with ISSCO that provides graphics software, specifically TELL-A-PLAN. The memorandum was sent was to see if anyone was interested in keeping the software. Attached are 6 photocopied pages from the TELL-A-PLAN manual, describing how the software works and how it can be used.
